Dry lamination processing

We specialize in laminating plastic films for soft packaging bags and similar products!

In "dry lamination processing," adhesive is applied to the base material, and after drying, it is pressed and bonded with other films using heated rollers. "Lamination processing" is part of the process for creating packaging materials for food, textiles, and miscellaneous goods. After printing on the surface material, the surface material is laminated (bonded) with the backing material, followed by slitting or bag-making processes to create packaging such as bags or sheets. Our company accommodates various films ranging from 300mm to 1300mm and performs a wide range of product processing. 【Features】 ■ Adhesive is applied to the base material, and after drying, it is pressed and bonded with other films using heated rollers. ■ Compatible width: 300mm to 1300mm ■ A wide range of product processing is possible to meet customer needs. ■ To prevent insect intrusion and foreign matter contamination, we have implemented defect detection systems for thorough measures. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Dry lamination

We own a rare dry laminating machine! We are committed to producing stable dry laminated products.

"Dry lamination" is a process that involves bonding substrates with various functions, such as film, aluminum, and paper, using adhesive. We offer "film dry lamination" used for food packaging such as candy and tea bags, as well as "paper dry lamination" used for pet food bags and industrial raw material bags. The dry laminator for paper that we possess, which bonds paper and film, is rare and there are few companies capable of this processing. [Features] <Film Dry Lamination> - Processable substrate width: 500 to 1,240 mm <Paper Dry Lamination> - Processable substrate width: 500 to 1,240 mm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Dry lamination (bonding = paper, aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, film, etc.)

We perform a lamination process by applying adhesive with a gravure roll onto a substrate such as film and bonding it to another substrate.

The dry lamination method involves applying a solvent-based adhesive to a substrate such as polyethylene film using a gravure roll, removing the solvent in a drying oven, and then laminating it with another substrate using heated rolls. The substrates that can be accommodated include polyethylene film, vapor-deposited film, metal foils such as aluminum and copper foil, non-woven fabric, paper, and more. We also have experience with three-layer laminations and other applications. Please feel free to consult us for short lead times, prototype testing, and small lot processing.
